Roro Puteri

Roro Puteri is an experienced professional in education and training, currently serving as the VP of Academy and Head of majoo Academy at majoo Indonesia since January 2020. Prior to this role, Roro founded dynamite training in January 2008 and has been a Training Analyst while emphasizing the importance of enjoyable learning experiences. From February 2016 to January 2020, Roro held the position of Head of Network Capability Development Planning at Mapan - PT Ruma, focusing on empowering individuals to assist others. Other roles include Head of Sales Training at PT Rekan Usaha Mikro Anda (Grameen Foundation) and Training and Development Analyst, as well as a Computer Mediated Learning Facilitator at Universitas Indonesia. Roro holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Graduate degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, and also has educational experience from BINUS UNIVERSITY and Alcatel-Lucent in various training and development capacities.
