Dan MacMillan

Dan MacMillan has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Dan currently holds the position of Vice President Manufacturing and Operations at MAJOR® FLEX-MAT®. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Manager at MAJOR Wire and BVGlazing Systems. At BVGlazing Systems, they were responsible for driving culture change, improving KPIs, and implementing Lean principles. Before that, they served as a Plant Manager at THK Rhythm Automotive, ZF Group, and The J.M. Smucker Company - Bick's, where they achieved various operational objectives and implemented strategies for growth. Dan also worked as a Production Manager at Edscha and as an Area Manager at Nabisco Biscuit Company.

Dan MacMillan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brock University. Dan has also obtained various certifications including Six Sigma Foundations and Six Sigma: Green Belt from LinkedIn in 2019.
