John Pelser

John Pelser is a seasoned territory manager with over 20 years of experience in sales, aftermarket, business development, and territory management within the mining and quarrying industries. Currently, they serve as the Territory Manager for Africa, the Middle East, and Australasia at MAJOR® FLEX-MAT®, where they focus on industry assessment, market development, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Previously, John held various positions, including Project Leader at AEL Mining Services and Sales & Aftermarket roles at Sandvik and Halco Rock Tools Ltd. John has also completed advanced studies in Business Administration and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of the People.
