Her focus was cost control management while improving product quality and optimizing planned sales volumes from Europe and Middle East. Cecilia's role included negotiations with suppliers and government in Malta and overseeing recruitment and training of staff. Cecilia managed a permanent team of 6 people as well as a seasonal team of 350 staff.

Cecilia Englen has a Master degree of strategic finance from Lund University School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Lunds universitet. Cecilia also has an education from Universidad de Murcia.
