Francisco Canales

Francisco Canales has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Francisco is currently working at MAJORITY as the Head of Banking Operations, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Francisco was the Head of Volume-Driven Operations at MAJORITY from April 2022 to May 2023. Francisco also worked as an Analyst, Operations at the same company from November 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining MAJORITY, Francisco co-founded Laguna Polymer in 2020 and served as a Co-Founder until 2022.

Earlier in their career, Francisco worked as a Product Development Process Engineer at Meridian Industries, Inc. from 2017 to September 2020. Francisco also gained experience as an Operations Intern at AbbVie in 2017 and as a Project Technical Intern at Sage ATC Environmental Consulting L.P in 2016.

Francisco Canales holds a Master of Science in Law, with Honors from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering, with Honors at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued studies in International Business Plan at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Francisco also has a background in Materials Engineering, having studied at the National University of Singapore until 2015. In 2014, Francisco briefly studied Environmental Engineering at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
