Les Yonce

Les Yonce is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at MAJORITY since September 2024, Les leads the compliance risk management program and is part of the senior management team. Prior roles include Advisory Counsel and General Counsel at Mission Lane, where responsibilities spanned Legal, Compliance, Risk, and HR functions, as well as head of compliance management. Les also held various critical positions at Capital One, including Senior Compliance Director and US Card Partnerships Compliance Officer, during a tenure that lasted over two decades. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate at McGuireWoods. Les holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
