Priyanka Jain has accumulated extensive experience in quality assurance and campaign management since entering the workforce in 2010. Currently serving as a Campaigns Fellow and Volunteer at Make A Difference since June 2018, Priyanka contributes to social initiatives while concurrently holding the position of Quality Assurance Engineer at Apple Inc since October 2016, focusing on data analysis and process improvement for maps production. Prior roles include Lead at Intelenet Global Services from June 2012 to September 2016, managing a team responsible for the Mapmaker Product, implementing risk identification strategies, and enhancing quality processes in collaboration with Google's Product Policy and Quality team. Additional experience includes volunteering for academic support at Make A Difference from August 2010 to July 2012.
