Andrew O'Neal

Andrew O'Neal, GBDS, serves as the Senior Vice President and Employee Benefits Sales Leader at Brown & Brown since October 2012, after holding various senior roles including Vice President and Account Executive in the Employee Benefits division. O'Neal is also actively involved with Make-A-Wish America as a Wish Granter and Junior Board Member since March 2012. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Senior Large Group Health/Benefits Representative at Paychex and a Sales Executive at One Communications. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Psychology from Linfield University, attended from 2002 to 2006, where involvement as a Telecommunications Counselor and Student Ambassador was noted.
