Casey Thompson

Casey Thompson is a seasoned professional in communications and public relations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Entertainment and Sports Relations at Make-A-Wish America since September 2022, overseeing approximately 1,000 celebrity wishes annually. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Public Relations and Social Media at USO, and various positions at Make-A-Wish America, where responsibilities extended to national communications. Additional expertise was gained as a Public Relations, Communications, and Media Consultant, and with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Heart Association, where event management and strategic communications were key focuses. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University, complemented by a study abroad experience in London.
