Cristi Doherty has a diverse work history in the field of human resources. Cristi is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner for Make-A-Wish America since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Director for Make-A-Wish® Illinois from January 2020 to June 2023. Cristi also has experience working at PwC, where they held the positions of Talent Consultant Manager, Central Market from April 2017 to January 2020, and Human Capital Manager from October 2013 to March 2017. Before joining PwC, Cristi worked as the Director of Human Resources for Event 360 from May 2012 to October 2013. Cristi started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager at Huron from July 2007 to May 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Entertainment Cruises Inc. from September 2004 to June 2007. Throughout their work experience, Cristi has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Cristi Doherty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami University, with a focus on Marketing and International Business. Cristi also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
