Lisa Brinkerhoff, CVA, CNP, has extensive experience in volunteer engagement and program management, currently serving as the Director, Volunteer Engagement Advisor at Make-A-Wish America since October 2011. Previous roles at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina included Manager of Volunteers & Programs, where significant achievements included managing over $1.1 million in wish costs, increasing active volunteers by 83%, and overseeing the granting of over 340 wishes.
