Roderick Howard

Roderick Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as Director of Chapter Operations at Make-A-Wish America, where responsibilities include co-creating a portfolio of support services to enhance operational performance across chapters. Concurrently, Roderick holds the position of Director of Development at The OUT Foundation, focusing on building relationships to secure funding for LGBTQIA+ health and wellness initiatives.
