Stephen Hyams is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at Make-A-Wish America since June 2022. Prior roles include Product Owner at Aetna and Capability Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where strategic project management and stakeholder engagement were pivotal. With extensive experience at ECFMG, spanning over a decade, Stephen led significant business transformation initiatives and successfully implemented Agile Scrum methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Performance from Temple University.
