Tom Piegat

Tom Piegat serves as the IT Director at General Motors since July 2012 and is also a member of the Board of Directors for InnoTech, the largest business and technology innovation conference and expo in Austin, starting from April 2012. Additionally, Tom Piegat contributes as a Board Member for the Austin Regional Board of Trustees at Make-A-Wish of Central and South Texas since March 2012. Previously, Tom Piegat held the position of Executive Director of Infrastructure Solutions at Dell Inc. from June 1998 to August 2011, overseeing application delivery and IT governance. Early career experience includes serving as an IT Manager at Price Waterhouse LLP from 1987 to 1998, focusing on systems development and enterprise solutions. Tom Piegat earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Bloomington between 1983 and 1987.
