We're industrial engineers who ended up running Amazon accounts.

That sounds random until you've spent a few weeks inside a seller account. An Amazon business is a throughput problem wearing a marketing costume. There's usually one constraint doing most of the damage, and everything else is noise until you find it. Often it's a catalog with 800 SKUs where 60 make money, or a reorder cycle quietly financing Amazon's storage business.

So we start by building the number nobody has: contribution margin per SKU, after every fee, ad dollar and return. Most sellers can't produce it on request. Once it exists, the arguments about what to do next mostly stop.

The work splits by who you are.

If you own a brand, we run the account end to end. PPC restructuring, keyword mapping, rank tracking, listing and creative testing, inventory forecasting, then UK, EU, UAE and Canada once the core is profitable enough to survive being copied into a new market.

If you're a reseller, your real problem is usually supply you can't defend. We source through direct brand and distributor relationships, clean up the invoice trail, move you off grey market ASINs before Amazon does it for you, then go after the boring money: LTSF, dead SKUs, unclaimed reimbursements, Buy Box wins that cost less than they earn.

If you're preparing to sell, we clean up catalog and margin a year ahead of diligence, which is when it still moves the number.

Some of what we've done: a reseller from $400k to $800k a month with margin going up, not down. A jewelry brand that grew 340% after we cut 91% of its SKUs. A sunscreen brand we talked out of chasing revenue, which is how it ended up at $489k net profit.

We're in Karachi, Jakarta and Wyoming, less a strategy than an accident of where the good people were.

If you want someone to look at your account and tell you what's actually wrong, we'll do it for free. Email us and you'll get the diagnosis back, not a proposal.
