Ilya Moskalev

Ilya Moskalev is a highly experienced software engineer with extensive expertise in software development, API design, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Make, Ilya also holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Oracle, contributing to Oracle Cloud's API Gateway and API Design. Prior roles include principal and senior software engineering positions at Apiary, EPAM Systems, and GeoDecisions, with a focus on API development, financial analysis applications, and web-based mapping solutions. Ilya’s early career includes consultancy work for the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council and co-founding ITM Lab, LLC. Ilya holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences and an Engineer's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Ural State Technical University.
