Iveta Sofková is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and support. Currently serving as the Head of the Customer Care team at Make since February 2022, Sofková previously held the position of Head of the Customer Support team at Integromat from 2016 to 2022, through its acquisition by Celonis. Earlier career roles include Project Coordinator at Mediasoft s.r.o. from January 2011 to February 2016 and Logistics Manager at Olpran spol. s r.o. from August 2002 to December 2010. Iveta Sofková holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, completed from 2013 to 2016, and obtained education at the Obchodní Akademie Olomouc between 1997 and 2001.
