Martin Neznal

Martin Neznal is a Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in applying natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) to enhance customer feedback analysis and product development. Currently at Make since September 2025, and previously at Productboard from February 2022 to August 2025, Martin's work involves building systems that extract insights from unstructured text. Prior to this, Martin held a Senior Data Scientist role at Avast from November 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading machine learning projects focused on customer retention and network threat detection. Martin also contributed as a Machine Learning Engineer at Cisco from July 2015 to November 2017, developing classification methods for network attack detection. Martin holds a Master's degree in Applied and Mathematical-Stochastic Methods and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Engineering, both obtained from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
