Paul Brophy

Paul Brophy is an experienced eLearning professional currently serving as the Elearning Content Manager at Make since July 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of Development Manager at Kaplan from January 2017 to July 2022, overseeing a large team of developers and managing the refresh of accounting content across various platforms. As a Senior eLearning Developer at Kaplan, Paul was integral in organizing and developing eLearning content for accounting qualifications, creating approximately 150 pieces per qualification. Prior experience includes roles at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an eLearning Developer, where Paul supported instructional design and managed the LMS, and at Preston College as an eLearning Content Developer, where responsibilities included SCORM development and project management for mandatory training. Paul began the career as a Hardware Refresh Coordinator at Computer Sciences Corporation. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Photography from the University of Lancashire.
