Simona Taseva is an experienced professional with a background in automation operations and human resources optimization. Since September 2018, Simona has served as an Automation Operations Manager and previously as a People Experience/HR Optimization Specialist at Make, following the acquisition of Integromat by Celonis in 2020. Prior to this, Simona held a role in HR at Integromat and worked as a Recruitment Specialist for ManpowerGroup Czech Republic. Additional experience includes volunteering at Dům dětí a mládeže hlavního města Prahy and sales positions at Trenkwalder Bulgaria. Simona holds a Master's Degree in Literature, Movies, and Visual Culture from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Bulgarian Philology from the same institution, with additional education from the ERASMUS Program in Slavic Languages at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and secondary education in English at the National School For Ancient Languages And Cultures.
