Caroline Jessop

Caroline Jessop is an IAF Certified Facilitator currently working as a Senior Facilitator at Make Happy, where they create energizing and outcome-driven workshops to engage teams. With a rich background that includes roles at Southampton Solent University and De Montfort University, Caroline has focused on building partnerships and marketing strategies to enhance engagement among underrepresented student groups. Their previous experiences also encompass facilitation training with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods and providing executive coaching, allowing individuals to achieve workplace effectiveness. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University, along with an Executive Coaching diploma.
