Make Human is an advisory for small creative agency founders.

Most founders we work with are good at what they do. But somewhere along the way they ended up stuck in the middle of everything. Handling work they shouldn't be. No headspace to think. Nobody to talk it through with.

We work alongside founders to remove the bottlenecks, find clearer ways of working, and get back to running a business that feels manageable again.

Founded by Damian Rees, who spent 13 years running his own agency before exiting and leading global operations at Ipsos. He knows what it feels like from the inside.

Not a programme. Not a coaching package. Just calm, practical support from someone who has been where you are.
