Most organisations either do not know where AI should go, or are already investing in it without a clear view of whether it is working.

Make It Click AI exists to give them a straight answer.

We run AI Readiness Assessments for organisations that have not yet committed to AI. We map every viable opportunity across the operation, rank them by ROI, complexity, data readiness, and in-house capability, and produce a board-ready report that tells leadership exactly what to build first and why.

We run AI Audits for organisations already investing in AI. We independently review every initiative in flight across 12 lenses: vision and purpose, outcomes vs reality, value to date, burn rate, tech stack, model health, data pipeline integrity, adoption, governance, and strategic fit. The output is a clear verdict on each initiative (accelerate, fix, pause, or stop) and a ranked portfolio view the board can act on.

Both engagements are independent. No vendor agenda. No technology to sell. Just an honest assessment from an operator who has built and shipped AI systems at scale, including a platform that resolved over 11,000 safety problems and delivered $560M in risk reductions inside a global mining company within 12 months.

If you are not sure where AI pays in your business, start with our free AI Readiness Snapshot at makeitclick.ai/ars. Eight minutes. Your score across eight dimensions. No form required to start.
