Make it Conscious helps organisations navigate transformation with depth—through Jungian psychology, shadow work, and strategic frameworks for adult human development.

We address the shadow dynamics and inner conflicts that obstruct growth, working with companies where human dynamics and technology alignment have become critical to success.

Our services: Human-AI alignment assessment, team shadow work, leadership development through Jungian frameworks, and organisational culture development. We work with companies navigating transformation where surface-level approaches cannot resolve the human dynamics that surface when roles transform.

Our methodology draws from over 140 guided active imagination exercises, the Shadow Map™ framework, Personality Dynamics assessment, and the Seven Habits of Individuation™—frameworks developed through years of practical application with our community of 14k+ subscribers.

We synthesise depth psychology and idealist philosophy into practical business frameworks—recognising that when humans do human work and machines do machine work, organisations thrive.
