Matthew Lorentz is an experienced professional in employment services and digital accessibility, currently working as a Case Manager and Job Developer at the YMCA of Greater Toronto since June 2025, supporting newcomers to Canada with IT credentials. Prior to this role, Matthew has held positions including Accessibility Tester at Fable, enhancing digital accessibility for large organizations, and Outreach Coordinator for the Come to Work Program at CNIB, where Matthew built partnerships and assisted individuals in the sight loss community in finding employment.
