Vision is easy, execution is everything. I’m Shirly Garfunkel, and I help businesses close the Execution Gap.

With 23 years of experience in Product, Operations, and ERP, I turn stalled ideas into reality.
What I do:
💫 Client Representation: Translating business needs into precise tech specs for dev teams.
🤖 Automation & AI: Replacing exhausting manual processes with smart digital infrastructure.
📈 E2E Management: Leading critical projects from vision to rapid Time-to-Market (TTM).

I'm here to Make it Happen.

Execution Gap.
