MakeBanc is the infrastructure layer for independent asset managers in the digital asset economy.

The stack you would otherwise have to build yourself: capital connectivity, investor onboarding, custody integration, and reporting. Already built. You run your strategy. MakeBanc handles everything around it.

Connect a strategy once and accept new capital through a single managed account.

Investors from 138 countries allocate in USDC or fiat, from invite code to funded vault in under ten minutes. No per-allocation setup. No operational sprawl.

Three things matter to a specialist manager, and the architecture protects all three.
1) Your IP. Investors see performance, not positions. Strategy logic and execution stay off-chain.
2) Your fees. Management and performance fees are enforced on-chain, with a high-water mark built in. No invoicing, no chasing.
3) Your track record. A live, verifiable dashboard replaces static PDFs. Trust built on transparency, not promises.

Capital sits in segregated institutional custody through Ceffu, never on an exchange balance sheet. Built on Base, ERC-7540 vault architecture, with on-chain ownership held in users' own wallets. Performance is reported by the asset manager, not produced or verified by MakeBanc.

MakeBanc connects capital owners with independent asset managers. Not a fund. Not a bank. Not an advisor. Every allocation is user-initiated, every redemption is user-controlled. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Infrastructure for smarter capital.
