May Gao

May Gao is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent recruitment, performance management, and HR business partner roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an HRBP in R&D at Makeblock Co., Ltd., May has been responsible for recruiting diverse engineering talent and developing R&D team performance since April 2017. Previously, May held HRBP and Admin Manager roles at Fossil Group, Inc., and acted as HRBP at Walmart and AIA, focusing on recruitment efficiency and organizational support. May’s early career included HR assistant positions at CETV and Walmart Global Procurement, along with substantial experience in firm infrastructure management and change management. May holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Commerce from Wuhan University of Technology and Xiamen University.
