Kaushal Bhalotia

Kaushal Bhalotia is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of driving sustainable growth across APAC, MENA, and India in consumer digital brands. They are currently co-founder of Styls AI and MakeIt and serve as a board advisor to multiple companies, guiding digital strategy, growth, and go-to-market initiatives. They previously led digital, product, and growth efforts in roles such as Chief Digital Officer for Southeast Asia at Lenskart (2020–2022), Director of Digital Marketing, Global at Viu (2016–2017), and Head of Online Marketing at Zalora (2014–2016). They earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business (Young Leader Award) and a BBM from Singapore Management University (Magna cum Laude), and they completed an exchange semester at Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as founding My IndiEye (2010–2012).
