Victor Skrebets

Victor Skrebets currently serves as the Head of IT Resources Management at NeatSoft Inc. since April 2024, where the focus is on leveraging the unique experience of Israeli project managers alongside skilled East-European developers. In addition, Victor holds dual roles as IT Resources Manager and Board Member at MakeLite since April 2022, overseeing IT resources planning, staff allocation, performance management, and forecasting staffing needs for future projects. Victor has a strong background in IT outsourcing services, encompassing IT consulting, custom software development, UI/UX design, QA and testing, and IT support.
