Becky Jones

Becky Jones is an accomplished Executive Producer with extensive experience in educational and documentary media. Currently serving as the Executive Producer and Head of Original IP at Makematic since January 2022, Becky has previously held key positions at Boojum Media as Founder and Executive Producer, leading projects specializing in children's factual content. At Discovery Education UK, Becky oversaw all video content production for educational materials and served as Head of News and Video. With a rich background that includes creative direction at The Quarto Group and development leadership at Wag TV, Becky has significant expertise in project direction across various production settings. Earlier career highlights include producing and directing for major broadcasters, including the BBC, contributing to numerous award-winning series. Becky holds a BA in English Language and Literature from The University of Manchester and an MSc in International Development from London South Bank University.
