Ajay Immanuel currently serves as the Lead Product Manager at MakeMyTrip, overseeing end-to-end hotel charter and SME growth since August 2020. Key responsibilities include productizing new supply offerings, enhancing consumer funnels for business travelers, and managing hotel APIs for TMCs and corporates. Ajay successfully launched the myClaims expense product and is recognized as Employee of the Month for December 2023. Previous roles include significant contributions at MakeMyTrip as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, along with experience at Factors.AI, Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Thorogood Associates, and various internships. Ajay holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech. in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
