Anulal VS has over eight years of experience in user experience design, currently serving as a Senior Manager of User Experience at MakeMyTrip since July 2019, with previous roles including Manager and Deputy Manager of User Experience. Prior to MakeMyTrip, Anulal worked at Delhivery from July 2015 to July 2019 as a Senior Product Designer and Senior UX Designer. Anulal's skill set includes conducting user and stakeholder interviews, creating workflows and information architecture, developing wireframes and prototypes, as well as performing usability evaluations to enhance existing products. Anulal holds a Master of Design in Industrial and Product Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Additional education includes a Diploma in 3D Animation and Modeling from VISMAYAM and foundational studies in Biology and Science.
