Chirag Singhal

Chirag Singhal is an experienced marketing and analytics professional with a strong background in growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, and business strategy. Since June 2019, Chirag has held various leadership roles at MakeMyTrip, including Head of Growth Marketing - CLM & Loyalty and Head of Marketing Analytics & Strategy. Prior to this, Chirag contributed as a Decision Science Consultant at ZS, where responsibilities included business development and analytical advisory on multiple projects. Chirag's early career includes roles at SC Johnson, Zocalo.in, Mswipe Technologies, and Impetus, showcasing expertise in demand planning, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and software engineering. Chirag holds an MBA in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur.
