Hemant Gupta

Hemant Gupta is a Senior Product Manager at MakeMyTrip, responsible for developing the International Hotels product and driving category growth through various initiatives. Previous roles include Lead Product Manager and Product Manager for growth and strategic initiatives at Goibibo, where Hemant focused on loyalty programs, app user onboarding, and customer lifecycle journeys. Prior to Goibibo, Hemant served as a Growth Manager at Paytm, enhancing three key categories and leading substantial growth efforts, as well as managing product development for merchant onboarding. Hemant began as an Assistant Manager in Product Research and Development at Hero MotoCorp and briefly interned with Mahindra & Mahindra. Hemant holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, along with nanodegrees in Predictive Analytics and Digital Marketing from Udacity, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
