Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading product initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at MakeMyTrip since January 2022, Nikhil also holds the position of Head of Product for Insurance. Prior to this, experience at Freecharge included roles as Associate Director and Senior Product Manager, focusing on enhancing user experiences in recharges and bill payments. Nikhil's earlier career involved positions at Snapdeal, specializing in process excellence, and a brief tenure as a Business Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. Nikhil holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
