Shrish Trivedi

Shrish Trivedi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, customer strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as Director of Post Sales Product at MakeMyTrip since June 2019, Shrish has also held roles as Associate Director in both Post Sales Product and myBiz, contributing significantly to business development in West and South regions. Prior experience includes leadership positions in customer strategy and analytics at Star TV Network and senior marketing roles at Reliance Industries Limited. An early career included hands-on experience in vendor management and plant operations at Tata Motors and an analytical internship with Aditya Birla Group. Shrish holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B-Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
