Swapnil Singone

Swapnil Singone is a Senior Principal Data Scientist at MakeMyTrip since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of decisioning platforms for discounting utilizing Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Choice Models, while effectively managing stakeholders and implementing Explainable AI. Previously, Swapnil served as Vice President of Business Solutions and Data Science and Director at BDIPlus from April 2017 to September 2022, focusing on Customer Intelligence Analytics and real-time data solutions. Earlier roles include Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Skyllo, a co-founder of an online digital and ticketing platform, and a PhD Scholar at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, specializing in various aspects of machine learning and probabilistic models. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, completed in July 2010.
