Varun Rawat

Varun Rawat has extensive experience in revenue management and business consulting, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at MakeMyTrip since September 2014. Varun has held multiple roles at MakeMyTrip, focusing on online revenue for both B2B and affiliate channels and managing domestic hotel categories. Prior to this, Varun worked at Deutsche Bank Group as a Senior Analyst, where responsibilities included efficiency improvements in Global Asset Services and project coordination for CCAR reporting. Additionally, Varun completed a summer internship at Deloitte U.S. India offices, developing a Process Maturity Assessment Tool, and began a career at Siemens Energy as a Senior Executive in power transmission engineering. Varun holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a degree in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute in New Delhi.
