Dan Paradiso

Dan Paradiso is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Makeready since September 2024. Previously, Dan held several prominent roles, including Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Area Director of Sales & Marketing at Pyramid Global Hospitality between May 2021 and September 2024. Dan's extensive background also includes leadership positions at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company, where Dan was the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark, as well as task force director roles at Sanderling Resort and The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa. Dan's experience in sales and marketing is further complemented by roles at Club Quarters Hotels, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, and Highgate Hotels. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
