Kami Smith is the Corporate Director of People + Culture for Makeready, having transitioned from the role of Area Director of People and Culture within the same company. Before this, they served as the Director of Human Resources for several esteemed establishments, including Artesano Hotel Group and Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront. Kami's foundational experience in human resources began at Troy Bank & Trust, where they worked as a Human Resources and Corporate Administration Assistant. They earned a B.S. in Psychology from Troy University, enhancing their expertise in organizational dynamics.
