Wes Morton is currently the Culinary Director at Makeready, a position held since 2017. They previously served as Executive Chef at The Dewberry Charleston from 2015 to 2017 and held the same title at Againn DC and Denihan Hospitality Group between 2009 and 2014. Wes is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, where they earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from 2001 to 2003. As a Cajun by heritage and a passionate cook, Wes continues to impact the culinary scene with their expertise.
