David Sher

David Sher has a diverse work experience in strategic finance, venture capital, private equity, and investment banking. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald. In 2012, they interned at PwC in Transactions Services, focusing on financial due diligence. From 2013 to 2015, David worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 2015, they joined Arlon Capital Partners as a Private Equity Associate, investing in middle-market businesses in the food and agriculture supply chain. David then joined Bunge in 2017 as a Venture Capital Analyst, responsible for investing in emerging trends and technologies impacting the future of food and agriculture. David later moved to Daily Harvest in 2018 and held multiple roles in strategic finance, including Senior Associate, Manager, Director, and Senior Director. Currently, David is the Senior Director of Strategic Finance at MakerSights, starting in May 2022.

David Sher completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2013.
