Rob Sadow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and strategy across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Operations & Strategy at Headway, Rob is instrumental in shaping a new model for accessible mental healthcare. As an angel investor since 2020, Rob has supported numerous innovative startups, including Modern Animal and LayerZero. Previously, Rob held a fractional COO position at Seso Inc., where strategic initiatives were implemented to optimize market execution. As CEO and Co-Founder of Flex Index, Rob led the development of a leading platform on flexible work, serving over 120 million employees globally. Rob also co-founded Scoop Commute, transforming it into a prominent enterprise carpool solution. Earlier career roles include various positions at Bain & Company and contributions to the Association for Commuter Transportation.
