Floris Schiks

Floris Schiks is a seasoned professional in the realms of sustainability, supply chain management, and business development, currently serving as the Regional Director for Western Europe at Makersite since September 2025. Prior to this role, Floris held positions as a Senior Account Executive at TRACT, focusing on supply chain traceability, and as Business Director at Ecochain, where efforts were centered on sustainability engagement and product footprinting solutions. Additional experience includes leading commercial growth at Ecochain and earlier roles at Robert Walters, SAOS HK Ltd in business development for China manufacturing, and an internship at Lismar Engineering B.V. Floris holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in International Communication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
