João Santos

João Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. João began their career at Infineon Technologies in 2017, where they worked as an Order Evaluation specialist and later transitioned to a role as a Payable Accountant. In 2020, they joined ITSector as a Software Tester, where their responsibilities included writing and executing test cases and conducting manual testing. From 2021 to 2022, João worked at Smart Consulting as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, where they contributed to projects including Jumia and Royal Canin. Currently, they are employed at Makersite as a QA Engineer.

João Santos has a diverse education history. João completed a Licenciatura in Informática de Gestão at Coimbra Business School | ISCAC starting in 2020, although the end year is not specified. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra. João attended this program from 2015 to 2017. Before their Master's degree, they earned a Licentiate degree in Gestão de Empresas from Coimbra Business School | ISCAC, which they completed between 2011 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, João Santos also holds several certifications. João obtained the CERTIFIED ISTQB® FOUNDATION LEVEL (CTFL) - SYLLABUS 2018 certification from PSTQB - Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software in December 2022. In July 2019, they completed the SAP Consultant Career Start certification offered by Abaco Consulting. Furthermore, they completed two courses on data analysis and visualization: DAT207x Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI and DAT206x Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Excel, both through edX, in January 2017.
