Satej Dessai is a self-motivated Aeronautical Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the Aviation and Aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Supplier Quality Manager at MakerVerse, Satej has demonstrated proactive leadership in Lean implementation, supplier quality management, and process improvement throughout their career. Satej previously held roles such as Project Lead Quality at Tata Lockheed Martin Aerostructures Limited and Quality Conformance Engineer at Lilium.
