Amelia Wong is a professional with extensive experience in product strategy, operations, sales, and client success. Amelia has worked at MakeShift since May 2014, where Amelia currently holds the position of Director of Product & Strategy. Prior to their current role, Amelia held positions as Product Operations Manager, Sales Operations Lead, and Client Success Lead. Amelia's responsibilities include driving comprehensive sales and product strategies, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring client success in a SaaS environment. Amelia is also a member of the ADP Marketplace Partner Advisory Board and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Calgary.
