Wallace Kwan

Wallace Kwan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wallace started their career as a Chef at Mongo Bongo from April 2014 to April 2018. Wallace then worked as a Web Technician at Digital Hospitality Internet Marketing in June 2018. From February 2018 to August 2020, they served as a Member Services Administrative Assistant at the Simon Fraser Student Society, where they aimed to improve the student experience and provided various support services. In September 2020, they joined Virtro Technology as a Content Designer, responsible for developing and integrating content for a job interview simulation SaaS application. Wallace later took on the role of Product Owner & HR Coordinator from January 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Wallace is working at Makeship as a Business Operations Specialist, starting in February 2022 and now serving as a Senior Business Operations Specialist from March 2023.

Wallace Kwan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Simon Fraser University from 2015 to 2020. During the same period, they also pursued a Business Minor at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2020, Wallace went on to pursue a Certificate in Human Resource Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Alongside their formal education, they obtained additional certifications including "Planning It Right" from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in July 2018 and "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google in May 2019.
