조기엽

기엽 조 is currently the Head of HR at MAKESTAR and has extensive experience in human resources across various companies. They began their career as an HR Generalist at LG Electronics from 2011 to 2014, where they focused on newcomer and leadership training. 기엽 then served as HR Manager at Mobidays Inc. from 2015 to 2017, managing recruiting and culture. From 2017 to 2022, 기엽 worked as a Human Resources Manager at VCNC, overseeing recruiting management and performance management. 기엽 holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yonsei University, which they completed in 2011. Additionally, 기엽 has been a KAC certified coach since 2017.
